The history of our company begins in 2015. After the purchase of the plant from PepsiCo Holding, the conversion of the factory for the production of conservation began. Putting the plant into another production is a lot of work, but after only 4 years, in 2019, the first batch of our products was released.
During this time, five full-cycle production lines were installed at the plant. The fish that is brought to us goes through the process of canning only inside our cannery and does not move between enterprises so the fish does not need to be frozen several times.
For a long time we have been producing canned food of our current respected competitors, our production has passed the test of time and trust. Now we are striving to build our own brand. We produce from 3.5 to 4 million cans of canned food per month. It’s not as much as it seems – only 80 football fields. We are constantly upgrading the plant and production lines. A new full-cycle production line will be installed soon. This will allow us to increase the capacity of the plant by another 1.5 million cans per month. OUR PRODUCTS
We have not only mandatory Russian certificates but also international voluntary certificates – GOST, ISO 22000, HACCP. Without them, we simply could not work. In the production of our products, we use only freshly frozen fish caught in the natural habitat which makes our products useful and tasty. In our canned food there is exclusively sea and ocean fish – we do not use the services of fish farms. We are confident in the quality of our conservation – we have high standards and requirements for ourselves. Many of our employees are frequent consumers of Vladkon, Aquatoria and Sea Miles, so for us the issue of quality is personal.
Speaking of brands. Our factory produces not only canned food under the brand “Vladkon”. We also “roll” such trademarks as “Aquatoria”, “Sea Miles” and “Lakinka”. We use the same raw materials for all brands, the only difference is in the cans. For example, in canned food under the brand “Vladkon” an easy-open lid is used – such canned food can be opened without a can key by simply pulling a special loop on the lid. And in the Lakinka canned food, all cans come with a lid that can only be opened with a can key. Nevertheless, the pink salmon of the brand “Vladkon” and “Lakinka” is the same fish. The difference in price is due not to the quality of raw materials but to the peculiarities of the jar.
